They encouraged us and we visited their office to confirm the window style and look before making our decision. They were timely to our home and perfectly measured all the openings. They were very prompt in communicating with us delivery and installation dates and times. On the day of install, their crew explained what they were going to do and the timeline for the project. They patched and fixed any damage to our stucco and frames as a result of removing our old windows and prepping for the new ones. I am glad we went with Irwindale Windows and we've already began referring our friends to them.

When George and his crew arrived for installation, they immediately put paper down on the carpet for protection and covered my drapes with plastic. The installation was done in a quiet and orderly manner.

Not only did they do nothing wrong, but they did everything exceptionally right, and often beyond our expectations! Cost, quality, reliability, responsiveness; on all measures they were superb.   This review is loooonng overdue. We got new windows for the entire house back in October 2022. I believe the previous windows were installed at least 30 years ago. They... read more were single pane, with faded black trim that was falling apart, and in much need of an upgrade. We also had some window guards that we were looking to get rid of. I found this place on yelp and Jimmy came out to give us a quote days later. He wasn't the only one we got quotes from but his pricing was the most competitive and nearly half the price of Home Depot. We went with Milgard Tuscany and were sent a detailed quote of the specs for each window. Lead time was 4 months. They initially estimated the job to take a day and a half but they replaced all our windows within a day. We did have to call them after noticing some misalignment for one of the windows and they quickly sent a few guys out to remedy the issue. Windows really do transform the look and feel of a house. The double pane windows offer great noise filtering and insulation. I've had no issues with the windows over the past year and highly recommend Irwindale Windows for quality windows at a great price!
